Now, let's try to remember how much trouble the Obama administration caused Toyota. Here's an article from last March:

Akio Toyoda, the president of Toyota, was billed as the main attraction at a House hearing Wednesday into the company"s recalls of millions of cars recalls for which he profusely apologized and took personal responsibility....He was criticized by a representative on the committee for failing to show adequate remorse for those who had been killed in accidents involving acceleration problems.
